I would like a class room that conforms to my needs instead of restricting my options (ceiling projector, wireless, speakers).

more pro dev after school (not during) that teaches how to integrate the technology - not just what it is - but how to actually use it in the classroom

Fund purchase of more epson projectors so that lesson plans can be constructed around shared internet information (without having to use paper and xeroxing)

Enough working computers for each student
Ability to sign out computers efficiently - so don't lose class time simply getting computers
Ability to save documents easily - steps to get to teacher folder is cumbersome

LOTE needs a more efficient way to use the language lab. Currently we are in the last century with tape recorders, etc.

Need LCD projectors in every room so it can be used without having to go to the library and track down LCD projector. Wireless internet. A way to hook up computer and LCD projector without causing a tripping hazard or violating fire codes!

support would involve having current resources available to all students so that they don't have to "power down" when they come to school. this means that technology needs to be available to student hands first and then a method of support to help teachers monitor technology use in the classroom.

why not technology workshops that require all teachers to use certain amounts of technology in the classroom.

Our school has 24 laptops that are shared building-wide. We do not have regular access to these, so my use of them for instruction is limited. Inevitably, when we do use them, one or more do not work properly--a huge frustration for students and a time-sucker for the teacher(s).

I always need people to send me more links for 21st century resources that are generated by multiple affinities/cultures.

More computers throughout school and a tech support professional assigned to my school for any problems that may occur. Equipment for podcasting, and the software for Acrobat Professional.

LINDA NEEDS BLOG RAINING VERY BADLY.This is the first time I have ever used one and it is pretty cool. I can see how it would be a handy device to get feedback from kids
